Beginning <strong>October 1, 2026</strong>, WMR rates will transition from unique, supplier-level rates to a standardized model based on product class, parcel type (Small Parcel vs. Large Parcel), and return region.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">Standardizing these rates gives you a clearer, more predictable baseline for managing your returned items across our network.&nbsp;</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">Along with these new rates, we are updating the Returns Management page in Partner Home to give you increased flexibility over your returns strategy:</span></p><ul><li><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><strong>View WMR rates by product class:</strong>&nbsp;Easily check specific WMR rates for top product classes, broken down by parcel type and return geography.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><strong>Choose your return program per product class:</strong>&nbsp;Select whether each product class is managed via Supplier Managed Returns (SMR) or WMR.
